Task Completed: Moderation Notifications

Till now, I was not emailed when a new post needed approval; instead, the Notification flag, on the upper RHS (right-hand side) of the browser page showed a count! And, if the page had not been refreshed in a long time, the Notification was missed!
The result was that posts sat in the Moderation queue, for days!

The fix was to set my user preferences. The default in phpBB (which is the massive application which runs this forum) is to set Notifications, but not to email. So, I had to select the latter for each and every type of bloody event!
Such a default makes sense for a large board, but not for a new board such as Secular Iran.

The steps were:

  User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Notification Options 
  then click all the "EMAIL" options.

This Task is now Completed.
