Among the ongoing, operations/admin tasks which need to be carried out, two are particularly urgent:
. Email needs SPF & DKIM;
. Email might be suffering other issues;
. forum-subscriptions don't seem to be working.
I'll tend to these as I find time. They've already been worked on, but more is needed. As this is a new site, there've been a million things tended to, already, to get the site+forum to this working stage! But, many tasks remain.
Task: Site issues with email, and forum-subscriptions.

forum-subscriptions are OK.
Forum subscriptions seem to be working fine. The button for them is just hidden away, at the bottom LHS (left-hand side) of a forum's page.
As for Topic Subscription, well, that is just the 'Notify me upon replies' tick-box that is presented, at the bottom LHS, when you are replying to a topic.
I updated the readme, readme, to show users how to set 'Notify me upon replies' to always be the default. As this is a _work_ site, users should always be informed of updates.

Email mostly OK. Anti-spam signatures remain.
Email had already been tested. But, some emails seemed to be missing; hence, this task.
But, upon testing further, all seems to be well.
There _is_, however, the issue of spam filtration. There are SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings, for the SMTP MTA, which I need to set. By using a different server, I'd avoided most of these; but, there are still some issues.
Note: Even with SPF and DKIM settings, Gmail (if not other email providers) will likely send all of our emails into your spam folder! I cannot bend backwards any further to accommodate these providers of web email! Simply, I'll tell new users to check their spam folders, and flag ours as Not Spam; that should direct all subsequent emails of ours to your inbox.

Task Completed. SPF, DKIM, DMARC anti-spamming measures are now set.
SecularIran.org own email-server now has proper settings for SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
These are needed for recipient mail-servers to identify a category of spam. Nowadays, Gmail even refuses to accept incoming email that has not set these fields.
Not that any email sent from SecularIran.org does not still end up in spam folders; it _does_! (You can thank large providers of web-mail, such as(Outlook/Hotmail and Gmail, for that.) But, at least, we've done _our_ part!
