Task MA2: Necessary Processes for Implementation of the Mahsa Act

This is Task MA2.

In the United States, what are the processes/steps involved in the implementation, and enforcement, of the Mahsa Act?

For example, what is ‘delegation’? How, and when, is budget allocated? How is the amount determined? Which entities are responsible for planning its implementation? Which entities enforce it, or oversee such? Do the resource allocations vary annually, every four years, or otherwise? Is there variance, in any factor, at the state level?

The latest Status, as of this post:
  • Saturday 28 September 2024: Status set to Postponed.
All of the implementation work remains. As the ultimate goal is to apply general pressure for the implementation of this Act, the details of the needs are not, as yet, important.
    Agreed-to by Omid and Mitra.
  • Wednesday 25 September 2024: In Task MA3, Mitra found the definition of Delegation.
